Nicholas Consonery

Nicholas Consonery works alongside Eurasia Group’s chief executive on strategic initiatives across the firm, including its global markets advisory research and its relationships with institutional investors and financial firms. He began his career at Eurasia Group in 2008 as a China analyst and helped build the firm’s China practice, becoming lead China analyst in 2014. He later built a political and country risk practice at FTI Consulting in New York and led the China macro and policy group at Rhodium Group before returning to Eurasia Group in 2019. He is a member of the National Committee on US-China Relations.
