Karrie Van Belle is Chief Operating Officer of the Global Risk Institute. She is a business executive and strategic leader with more than 25 years in financial services, having led marketing, communications, digital operations and investment product teams. She was most recently Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer at AGF Investments, where she led the relaunch of the firm’s brand and helped drive its digital transformation and product innovation agenda. Earlier in her career she held roles at BlackRock Canada, Saint Elizabeth Health Care, Edward Jones and Canada Trust. She holds a communications degree from Simon Fraser University.
